Orders for international shipping are processed on business days (Monday–Friday, KST), excluding public holidays in the destination country or region.
Free standard shipping typically takes approximately 5–7 business days.
If you don't see the tracking updates after seven business days, please contact us at cs@seoulglowus.com.
Please note: It may take some time for tracking information to appear after your order is processed. You can find your tracking code in the Order History by logging into your account.
If your tracking code is still missing after this period, please contact us at cs@seoulglowus.com. We’ll assist you as soon as possible.

Delivery Policy
Duties & Taxes NOT INCLUDED
Upon arrival at the destination, sales tax on imports, customs duties, and handling fees will be assessed by the respective customs office. The recipient will receive an invoice from our logistics partner.
By placing an order and providing the necessary payment and/or information, you agree to the import regulations governing the respective items. Please note that import regulations vary by country, and it is the customer's responsibility to be aware of their country's policies.
Please note that customs duties, import sales tax, and handling fees charged by the logistics partner on behalf of the customs office are non-refundable, even in the event of a return. Additionally, if the shipment cannot be delivered due to unpaid customs fees and is subsequently disposed of by the local customs authority, Seoul Glow will not be held responsible, and the order will be non-refundable.

Missing Parcel
If a parcel does not reach a customer within 60 days, we consider it missing. In these cases, we can resend a new parcel or process a refund.
Unclaimed Return
Orders returned due to incorrect or missing address information will have non-refundable shipping fees. We’re happy to resend the order, but additional shipping charges will apply. Please ensure that the correct address and contact information are entered.
